Rules and Regulations, along with the orders by the administration, aim to create a structured and conductive learning environment for all students.

All the students are obliged to follow the Rules and Regulations as mentioned below :-

➢ Admission Policy:

▪ Admission is subject to availability and meeting the specified criteria.

▪ The Institute reserves the right to deny admission based on academic or behavioural history.

➢ Tuition and Fees:

▪ Tuition fees must be paid by the specified due dates.

➢ Non-Refundable Policy:

▪ All fees, including tuition and other kinds of payments, are non refundable.

➢ Attendance Policy:

▪ Regular attendance is mandatory.

▪ Students must arrive on time for classes and institute events.

➢ Examinations and Assessments:

▪ Students must participate in all examinations as scheduled.

▪ Cheating will result in appropriate disciplinary action.

▪ Students are responsible for completing and submitting homework on time.

➢ Academic Performance:

▪ Students are expected to meet academic standards set by the institute.

▪ Remedial actions, including tutoring or counselling, may be implemented for struggling students.

➢ Extracurricular Activities:

▪ Students are encouraged to participate in extracurricular activities.

➢ Communication Channels:

▪ Parents and guardians should use official communication channels for interactions with the institute.

▪ Regular updates and notices will be provided through designated platforms.

➢ Code of Conduct:

▪ Students are required to follow a code of conduct promoting respect and positive behaviour.

▪ Disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

➢ Disciplinary Consequences:

▪ Violation of institutes rules may result in disciplinary action, including suspension, or expulsion.

▪ Intentional damage to institutes property is strictly prohibited.

 

Rule and Regulations of admission :

➢ Institute follows the policy of no refund of fee in any circumstances.

➢ All the students are obliged to maintain discipline inside the institutes premises.

➢ No reminder call will be given from the institute regarding the payment of fee. Both students and parents need to understand their responsibility.

➢ Students are requested to pay the fee within 15th of every month.

➢ In case of student have taken admission between 1st to 15th of the month, then that particular month will consider as month of joining.

➢ If any student take admission after the date of 15th then date to date system of fee payment will be applied on him/her.

 

Terms and conditions of Learning Partner :

➢ The membership of Learning Partner will be valid for 3 years from the date of subscription throughout the graduation and there after.

➢ Membership of Learning Partner will be cancelled in case of student fails to pay the fee for 12 month.

➢ All the members of Learning Partner community are obliged to maintain a proper conduct and behaviour with others else disciplinary actions will be taken by the administration.

 

Refund & Cancelation Policy :

➢ Cancellation Policy :

▪ Requests for cancelation or refunds of payment shall be submitted before 7 Days of commencement of class.

➢ Refund processing time :

▪ Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval. The refunded amount will be credited back through the original payment method.

➢ Confirmation Notifications :

▪ Upon successful payment or any kind of refund student will receive an immediate confirmation notification via email or through the online portal.

➢ No Refund Policy :

▪ Our institute strictly adheres to a non-refund policy for tuition fees, course enrolments and related service.

➢ Reasons for Non-Refund :

▪ Any kinds of payment is non-refundable to maintain the financial stability of the institute and ensure consistent quality of educational services.
